摘要
通过比较流化床丁烯氧化脱氢W-201催化剂和H-198催化剂的反应性能及物化结构测试结果,提出以逐步添加方式在工业流化反应装置上实现W-201催化剂替代H-198催化剂的设想,并进行了实验室验证。W-201和H-198催化剂在φ20毫米挡板流化床的混台运转试验数据证明,这一设想是可行的,有可能在工业生产装置上实施。
On the basis of a comparison of the catalytic properties and some structural characteristics of W-201 catalyst with those of H-198, we proposed to add W-201 catalyst to an industrial fluidized bed reactor to replace a part of H-198. From the data obtained in the running test of the mixed catalyst in a φ20mm fluidized bed reactor, it is confirmed that this proposal is feasible for the oxidative dehydrogenation of butenes to butadiene. Therefore it is hopeful to use the mixed catalyst in a commercial unit.
