摘要
30只犬,用BST-Ⅰ型生物激波管致伤,以观察冲击伤早期血液流变学的变化。结果表明冲击伤早期有一过性的血液流变学改变,主要表现为血液粘度和血球压积升高、血小板粘附率增加,在伤后即刻随伤情加重而更为明显结果提示早期监测和及时处理血液流变学改变,对冲击伤的早期诊斷和救治可能有较重要的意义。
Thirty adult mongrel dogs were in jured with a shock tube. Blood rheology was studied before and within 24hrs sater blast in jury. Results showed that that there were temporary changes in blood theology in early stage of blast injury. It showed mainly that blood viscosity, hematocrit and auhesiveness of platlet were incresed significantly after blast injury. The results suggest the that monitoring and managing these changes are important to diagnosis and treatment of blast injury.
