摘要
从激励国企经营者的角度提出了试行年薪制中出现的国企经营者定位模糊、模式单一、水平较低、结构不合理、缺乏规范的经营者市场及监督机制等问题 ,提出了国企年薪制的结构和标准确定原则 ,并建议建立规范的企业家市场 。
Some problems were given in this paper, such as indistinct manager location, unitary management model, unreasonable structure , lower management level, lack of standard manager market and strict mechanisms of supervision and examination etc, in trying out annual pay system to stimulate mangagers in reformation of state enterprises. The author raised the principles to determine structure and standard of annual pay, and suggest that norm manager market should be set up and carry out scientific indicator system for supervising and examining enter prise managers .
