摘要
光阴极注入器要求驱动激光器的激光时间抖动小、脉冲宽度窄、激光波长短和脉冲功率高。从原理和实验上介绍光阴极注入器的驱动激光器 ,包括连续波锁模振荡腔、时间同步、激光脉冲功率放大等 ;该激光器输出激光微脉冲宽度 1 0 ps,微脉冲时间抖动小于 2 ps,宏脉冲宽度 2 .5μs,峰值功率 1 0 0 k W,已用于光阴极 RF腔注入器实验 ,并获得了很好的结果。
WT5”BZ]As the driving laser of photoinjector, there are many hard requirements, for example the low timing jitter (<2ps), the narrow pulse width, the high peak power,and etc. According to its characters, the paper discusses the driving laser of photoinjector, which is made of the oscillator, timing stabilizer, the amplifier, and etc. The theoretical analysis and some experimental results are also presented in the paper.
