Effects of Different Training Load on Bone Biomechanical Capabilities in Osteoporotic Rats

摘要 在成功建立骨质疏松大鼠运动模型基础上 ,将大鼠左股骨进行 3点弯曲实验 ,对不同强度运动下的骨生物力学性能变化进行了比较研究。研究结果指出 :运动对骨结构力学和骨材料力学性能有良好的刺激作用 ;OVX大鼠的骨力学性能变化大于 SHAM大鼠 ,表明运动对抗卵巢切除大鼠骨力学性能降低的作用大于 SHAM大鼠的增龄效应 ;中负荷运动对骨力学性能的影响大于低负荷运动 ,提示骨力学性能的改善和提高 。 Having succeeded in building up an exercise model, the three point bending experiment was conducted on the left femur to determine the effects of different training load on bone biomechanics. The results showed that 1. Exercise was a stimulus to the structural and material mechanics index of bone; 2. There were more favorable changes in OVX rats than those in SHAM rats, showing exercise had inhibitory effect on bone biomechanics, which had retarded the passive effect induced by age growth in SHAM rats; 3. Medium load exercise played a more important role than light load exercise in bone biomechanics, suggesting that the improvement and development of bone biomechanics were relevant to heavy load exercise which was under the load threshold.
