不同运动方式对生长期大鼠骨密度和生物力学指标的影响 被引量:8

The Effects of Different Exercise Modes on Bone Mineral Density and the Indexes of Vitodynamics of the Growing Rat

摘要 目的:建立跳跃运动模型,比较游泳和跳跃两种不同的运动方式对生长期大鼠骨发育的影响,以期为骨健康寻找合理的运动方式。方法:通过自制大鼠跳跃运动模型,以18只4周龄SD大鼠为实验对象,分为对照组、游泳组和跳跃组。8周后,测量所有大鼠的骨密度和骨生物力学指标。结果:游泳组大鼠1~4腰椎BMD比对照组显著性升高,第五腰椎生物力学指标也比对照组显著性升高,股骨BMD生物力学性能与对照组相比没有显著性差异;跳跃组大鼠1~4腰椎和股骨BMD与对照组相比有显著的升高,第五腰椎和股骨的生物力学指标也比对照组显著性升高。结论:游泳运动对生长期大鼠腰椎发育有明显作用,而对股骨作用不明显;跳跃运动对生长期大鼠腰椎和股骨的发育都有明显的促进作用。 AIM: We establisded sport model of vertical jump, and contrasted the effects on bone growth in swimming rat group with jumping rat group in order to find reasonable exercise mode for bone health. METHOD: 18 four-week SD male rats were divided randomly into three groups: control group (N, n =6), swimming group (s, n=6), jumping group (J, n=6). After 8 weeks of exercise, bone mineral density and vitodynamics index of the rats were measured. RESULTS: The swimming group has a higher increase in bone mineral density of lumbar (1~4) as compared with the control group, and the swimming group has a higher bone vitodynamics index of lumbar (5) compared with the control group, too. There was no difference in the femur bone mineral density and vitodynamics index between the above two groups. The jumping group has a higher bone mineral density in lumbar (1~4) and femur as compared with the control group, and the jumping group has a higher bone vitodynamies index of lumbar (5) and femur compared with the control group, too. CONCLUSION: Swimming exercise can increase the bone mineral density of lumbar of the growing rat greatly, but the swimming exercise has little effect on femur of rats. Jump exercise can increase the bone mineral density of lumbar and femur of rat greatly.
