摘要
从教育哲学上讲，我国高校政治理论教学实行创新教育，就是要突出大学生人格教育的应有地位。高校政治理论教学在21世纪时代潮流中，教育理念、教育机制、教育方法、教育环境必须找准定位，发挥其强大的教育创新功能。
According to the educational philosophy, to carry out the education of innovation importane is to put to the students' fine qualities of humanities . In the 21st century, the ideas of education, systems and methods should take their own seats.
