摘要
本文提出一种新的观点，承认光的真空色散现象，认为光速不等同于极限速度，并能在理论上与狭义相对论取得一致，但对光速不变原理提出小的修正。
The new idea is suggested in this article． It recognizes the phenomenon of photic vacuum dispersion and thinks that the light speed is different from the ultimate speed but it can reach completely identity with the special relativity on the theories． It puts forward small amendments to the principle of absoluteness of the light speed．
