摘要
大学生就业已成为高校办学的一个重大课题 ,现行就业过程中出现了五大矛盾 :即就业与公平、需求、学业、费用、信息的矛盾。解决这些矛盾的方法和途径有 :培养过硬的思想素质、正确的择业观和较好的业务能力 ,建立系统的就业信息网络 ,营造公平的就业竞争机制 。
The obtain employment of college students has become a significant problem for colleges and univesties According to the condition of current employment,there appear five contradictions in the employment's process:employment and justice,needs,schoolwork,expenses,and information.The methods dealing with these contradictions are as follows:training of qualified thought-quality,correct concepts on choosing careers and good professional abilities,setting up a systematic web of imformations,creating a fair competitive system of employments,reinforcing the construction of employments.
