On the phenomenon of the difficulty for graduates to get jobs

摘要 通过对当前大学生就业市场的观察与思考 ,着重分析了造成大学生就业难的几种原因。认为企业改革减员增效、机关事业单位机构改革定岗定编、错误的用人观和择业观、高校专业重复设置造成的结构性人才浪费等都是导致大学生就业难的重要原因。高校应把培养大学生成材放在首位 。 Having observed and thought the present situation of job market for graduates,the article puts its stress on the following key reasons why it is difficult for the graduates to get jobs.The first is enterprise reformation about reducing staff members and increasing efficiency.The second is the adjustment of government organization and institution structures and their delimitation.The third is mistaken ideas of employment and choosing jobs.And the forth is personel waste because of overlapping specialties in universities and colleges.The article also suggests two ways to avoid the above phenomenon.One is that colleges and universities should put the first importance on training college students to be useful.The other is that related units of job assignment on graduation should take further steps to widen employment channels for the graduates.
