摘要
采用FDBN柱前衍生高效液相色谱法等分析了秦巴山区野生猪苓菌核的氨基酸、常规营养成分和猪苓多糖含量。结果表明 ,所测定的 17种氨基酸中氨基酸总量为 4 5 2 1 0mg/ 10 0g ,7种必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的33 8% ;水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、猪苓多糖含量分别是 13 2 2 %、 2 86 %、 6 87%、 2 7 6 2 %、1 87%和 0 5 1%。
In wild G.umbellata growing in Mt.Qinling and Mt.Bashan regions,the contents of amino acid,conventional nutrients and G.umbellata polysaccharide were analysed and determined by HPLC etc.The result showed,of the 17 determined amino acids,the amino acid contents of seven essential kinds were 33.8%,water,ash,crude protein,fibre,fat and G.umbellata polysacchride were 13.22%,2.86%,6.87%,27.62%,1.87% and 0.51%.
