随着机床向高速发展,随之带来一系列的问题,其中振动问题是不容忽视的,因此对高速铣床工作台的两种筋板布置形式进行动态特性分析,主要包括固有频率及其相应的振型等的分析,通过此分析找出对工件加工精度影响小的工作台筋板的布置形式是隔板型.
With the development of high cutting and feed speed in machining process, a series of problems appears, in which the vibration is the keypoint. In this article, the analysis of dynamic characteristics about two arrangement forms of the ribbed plate on the worktable of highspeed milling machine is carried out. This analysis mainly refers to the inherent frequency and the vibration modes. Through this analysis, the optimal arrangement form of the ribbed plate on the worktable is separator plate form with less influence on the machining precision of the work piece.
