摘要 在明确蔬菜营养产出概念的基础上,提出两项营养产出的综合评价指标:综合营养值及营养供给单位,以及由此派生的指标体系。具体介绍了营养供给单位指标的作用及其应用。 In the study of ecological economic system of vegetables, vegetables were divided into three classes with relative nutritive value as criterion, according to the data of whole nutritive producing. Two comprehensive quantified evaluating criteria for nutritive producing of vegetables were raised by author through a calculating formula: compre- hensive natritive value and nutrient provided unit. The application of nutrient provided unit criterion and its function in comprehensively understanding vegetable producing and annual vegetable providing level are introduced in detail in this paper.
