组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)在神经系统中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,使纤溶酶原水解转变成纤溶酶,在纤溶系统中发挥重要的作用。近几年的研究发现t—PA在神经系统中同样有着重要的作用,参与了癫痫、Alzheimer病、脑缺血、坐骨神经损伤等疾病的发生与发展,大脑学习和记忆功能的发挥,神经系统的发育等多种生理和病理过程。t—PA在神经系统中发挥的作用,是一个有多种细胞和分子参与的复杂过程,其机制有许多的未明之处,因此深入研究t—PA多种功能和作用机制有着非常重要的意义。
