摘要
随着改革的深化,社会转型进程的加快,农村冲突正在呈现出新的特点。冲突主要起源于基层组织对农村社会经济发展的不适应,组织本身正在衍生出一种对于乡村社会的掠夺特性。化解冲突、改善治理的核心环节是改造基层组织。这种改造必须要有大动作。
Scholars have been arguing that the governance crisis is prevalent in Chinese rural areas.Whether you agree with this argument or not,we all must admit conflicts have become the most prominent problem in the rural areas and conflict resolution needs the concern from both the government and the general public.
