摘要
本文分析了双阶梯形支承辊改善板形和板凸度的基本原理,综合了M.D.Stone的解析法和K.N.Shohet的影响函数法,计算了四辊中板轧机—普通四辊和双阶梯形支承辊的弹性变形分布、轧件轧后断面分布等。
The fundamental principle of double-step back-up rolls for improving the plate shape and crown was analysed in the paper. With combination of M. D. Stone's analytic method andf K. N. Shohet's influencial method, the elastic deformation distribution for the conventional 4-high and double-step back-up roll plate mills as well as the sectional thickness distribution in the post-rolled plates were calculated.
