摘要
本文介绍了上海浦钢公司厚板厂的3500mm四辊精轧机采用VCL技术,有效地改善了钢板板形,减小了钢板横向同板差,改善了轧制状态,消除了支承辊及工作辊两端表面剥落、掉皮等现象,取得了显著的经济效益。
This paper describes the introduction of VCL technology in the 3 500mm four high finishing mill of Heavy Plate Plant ,Shanghai pudong Iron and Steel Co. ,This technology effectively improves the plate shape and rolling state,reduces transverse intra -plate deviation ,eliminate scaling and flaking on the ends of back -up rolls and work rolls ,obtains remarkable economic efficiency.
