High Temperature Corrosion of Superheater Tube Materials in Pulverized Coal-Fired Environment

摘要 在分析粉煤燃烧环境对燃煤电厂锅炉蒸汽发生器的过热器 再热器腐蚀的影响的基础上 ,讨论了不锈钢和耐蚀合金在实验室模拟煤灰 烟气腐蚀试验及在锅炉燃煤环境中暴露后的耐蚀性 ,得出过热器 再热器管材用合金中的铬含量应在 2 5 %以上 。 Based on the analysis for the effect of pulverized coal\|fired environment on superheater and reheater of steam generator in pulverized coal\|fired boiler for power station, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel and corrosion resistant alloy for superheater and reheater tube in laboratory simulated ash/flue gas corrosion experiment and after exposure to coal\|fired environment in boiler has been discussed. It is obtained that the chromium content in alloys for superheater and reheater should be more than 25%, and with increasing chromium content of material the corrosion rate of tube materials decreases obviously.
