摘要
煤粉燃烧产生的煤渣及煤灰使得用于低碳钢丝热处理的粉煤炉清理十分不便 ,直接影响煤粉炉的使用质量。对煤渣、煤灰的形成过程进行观察、分析 ,提出解决清理煤渣和煤灰的方法。认为合理安排热处理生产工艺 ,可以很好地控制煤渣的形态 。
The coal cinder and coal dust produced by fine coal burning make cleanup of the fine coal furnace for low carbon steel wire heat treatment very inconvenient,which directly affect the use quality of fine coal furnace.The formation courses of coal cinder and coal dust are observed and analyzed,and the cleanup method of coal cinder and coal dust is put forward.It is considered that the rational arrangement of heat treatment process can control the form of coal cinder well,and the quality requirement of coal is pointed out.
