摘要
介绍了手机金属网防尘罩成形工艺及模具设计 ,提出了克服不锈钢金属网成形时网格变形、断丝等缺陷的解决方案 ,为其它金属网成形提供了设计参考。
The technology for forming the dustproof wire-netting cover of mobile phones and the design of the die were introduced.Solutions were proposed to prevent grid deformation and wire break in the course of forming the stainless-steel wire netting,which provided with a reference for the design of other metal wire netting parts.
