摘要
凹型弯曲件在家用电器中使用很普遍,较大型的凹型弯曲件,其凸模卸料必须采用活动凸模结构。本文分析了四种类型活动凸模结构的运动特点和使用优缺点,提出了应根据冲压件的尺寸及使用特点进行选择的观点。并明确了选用原则,可供同行在设计时参考。
The moving characteristics, advantages, and defects of four kinds of moveable convex die have been introduced in the text. The selection of the four kinds of die should be made as per the size of punching work piece and the characteristics, which can be a reference in design.
