摘要
开展整体护理必须改变护理工作的旧模式。医护关系在新模式下也被赋予新涵义。加强医护合作可使护理人员获取大量所需的知识，并在合作中使医护双方对医疗实践取得共识和互补，有利于提高医护质量。
To develop the holistic nursing must reform everything in the old nursing work. The relation between doctor and nurse has been endowed with new implication nowadays. Strengthening the cooperation between doctor and nurse not only make nurse speedily learn a great deal of needful knowledge, but also make doctor and nurse show no difference, help each other on the medical practice,it help to improve the quality of medicine and nursing.
