摘要
为探讨新形势下护理管理工作经验 ,本文阐述了随着社会主义经济体制的建立 ,医疗行业日趋激烈的市场竞争 ,给医院的发展和管理带来了前所未有的挑战。社会环境以及人们价值观念和利益格局的变化对护理学科的发展带来深刻的影响。因此 ,护理管理者必须在实践中寻求适应学科发展的路子 。
To inquire into the work experience of the nursing management in new situation, it is expatiated in this article that with establishing the socialistic economic system, the market competition is fury day by day in the medical treatment profession, the challenges should been brought in the hospital developing and management. The profundity influence should been brought on the social environment and the worth idea of the peoples, and the change of the benefit structure to the developing of the nursing subject. Therefore, the nursing supervisors must quest adapting the pathway of the subject developing in the practice, accelerating the subject developing.
