摘要
通过电泳法分析7种白菜品种四种同工酶的差异,结果显示不同品种间SOD同工酶酶带差异较小,不同品种间MDH同工酶酶带无差异,不同品种间POD、EST同工酶酶带差异明显。提示了用电泳法分析POD、EST的同工酶可考虑用作区分不同品种的依据。
By Analyzing seven kinds of cabbage varieties and the differences of four isoenzymes with electrophoresis , the paper shows there are less differences in enzyme lines in different kinds of SOD isoenzyme. There are no differences in enzyme lines in different kinds of MDH isoenzyme . There are obvious differences in enzyme lines among different kinds of POD , EST isoenzyme . This suggests that, to analyzes the isoenzyme of POD,EST with electrophoresis can be used as a scientific basis for differentiating cabbage varieties.
