摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分别对奥利亚罗非鱼和尼罗罗非鱼及其杂交后代奥尼杂交鱼(尼罗罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂)的5种组织(眼、脑、心、肌、肝)的MDH酶谱进行了分析和比较,结果发现;罗非鱼不同组织的MDH同工酶有明显的组织特异性。3种罗非鱼肌肉组织MDH同工酶表现出种间差异,即细胞质型(s-MDH)在电泳时迁移率的不同可以作为鉴别奥利亚罗非鱼、尼罗罗非鱼及其杂交种的遗传标记。
MDH in 5 tissues (eye, brain, heart, muscle and liver) of Oreochromis aureus, Oreochromis niloticus and their hybrid (Oreochromis aureus ♂× Oreochromis niloticus ♀) was analyzed and compared with polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic method. The results are as follows:the electrophoretic patterns of MDH of these fish show a species-specific tissue distribution; they can be distinguished with differerce of the mobile charecteristics of s-MDH as a genetic mark.
