摘要 以工业级普通二氧化钛和硝酸银为原料,经溶解、净化及沉淀等过程制备了TiO2/Ag系纳米复合抗菌材料。抗菌检验表明,该抗菌材料浓度100mg·L-1,作用60min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑杀率均可达99.0%以上,同时,表明该抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌持久性。 Nanocomposite TiO2/Ag antibacterial material is made of common industrial TiO2 and AgNO3 by the processes of dissolution, purification and precipitation. The antibacterial performance is tested, and the results show that the antibacterial material has over 99.0% bactericidal action on Escherichia coil, Staphylococus aureus and Candida albicans when the antibacterial concentration is 100 mg/L and contact time is 60min. Meanwhile, it showed the excellent antibacterial stamina of the material.
