摘要
以工业级普通二氧化钛和硝酸银为原料,经溶解、净化及沉淀等过程制备了TiO2/Ag系纳米复合抗菌材料。抗菌检验表明,该抗菌材料浓度100mg·L-1,作用60min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑杀率均可达99.0%以上,同时,表明该抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌持久性。
Nanocomposite TiO2/Ag antibacterial material is made of common industrial TiO2 and AgNO3 by the processes of dissolution, purification and precipitation. The antibacterial performance is tested, and the results show that the antibacterial material has over 99.0% bactericidal action on Escherichia coil, Staphylococus aureus and Candida albicans when the antibacterial concentration is 100 mg/L and contact time is 60min. Meanwhile, it showed the excellent antibacterial stamina of the material.
