摘要 先进控制是用来处理那些常规控制效果不理想,甚至无法控制的复杂工业过程控制问题.本文分析了DCS系统的发展现状,给出了选煤厂综合自动化系统的层次结构.利用先进控制理论技术实现了选煤厂浮选生产过程仿人智能控制;跳汰生产过程多变量模糊控制;煤泥离心脱水神经网络控制;以及全厂设备状态的智能检测方法.本控制系统在兖州矿业集团一选煤厂已经成功应用,取得了可观的经济社会效益. Advanced process control (APC) is for the process, which the conventional method can not effective control the results. The development and application of DCS were discussed, and the structure of integrated automation system for coal preparing plants was presented. Using advanced control theory and technology the human-like intelligent control for float process, the multivariable fuzzy control for jigging process, and the PID control based on neural network for coal slurry centrifuging process were carried out. An intelligent method for monitoring the states of equipment in coal preparing plants was also presented. The APC has been successfully applied in a coal preparing plant in Yanzhou Mining Group. It can bring great economic benefit.
