摘要
在分析太原选煤厂破碎机的设备运行系统的基础上,研究确定了系统组成框架、软硬件设备设计方法。根据系统设计框架,实现了各设备运行状态、运行参数、状态信息等的可视化,使操作人员进行实时监测、监控。该电气系统经过现场试验,运行可靠,同时降低了工人工作强度,保证了选煤生产的安全高效运营。
Based on analysis of the equipment operation system of the crusher in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant, the system composition framework is determined, as well as the software and hardware equipment design method.According to the system design framework, visualization of the operating status, the operating parameters and the status information of each device is realized, so that the operator can perform real-time monitoring and control.Through the field tests, it shows that the electrical system is reliable, and it can reduce the work intensity of workers and ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal preparation.
