摘要
随着扫描电镜技术的不断发展,其在线虫分类研究中的应用已日趋广泛。本文重点论述了线虫头部、口针、交合刺的扫描电镜结构在线虫分类中的重要意义。
With the continuous development of SIM techndogy, SEM has been sidely wsed in the research on nematede taxonomy. The significance on nematode taxonomy of SEM Structures about head.Stylert and spicules of the watodes was ducussed partieularly.
