长伞杯冠线虫扫描电镜结构观察

摘要 [目的]对长伞杯冠线虫的头部和尾部结构进行扫描电镜观察。[方法]以河南驴的盲肠为材料,将从中采集到的线虫固定于70%酒精中逐条进行观察和鉴定,将鉴定出的长伞杯冠线虫进行扫描电镜观察。[结果]虫体头部有较发达的口领,4个亚中乳突自口领基部向顶部延伸呈隆起状,突出口领之上呈圆锥形。头感器为卵圆形。口孔周围有一圈外叶冠,叶冠为窄的叶状,末端钝圆。雄虫尾部有发达的交合伞,一对交合刺细长线状,末端有小钩。雌虫尾部为圆锥形,尾端尖细。肛门为横裂状,呈月牙形。阴门呈卵圆形,前部和两侧的内面有角质板支持,后部内侧面无支持物。[结论]该研究为该线虫的分类和鉴定提供了更为详细的依据。 [Objective] The aim was to observe the head and tail structures of Cylicostephanus longibursatus by scanning electron microscopy.[Method] With the cecum of donkey from Henan Province as tested material, the collected nematodes were fixed in 70% alcohol to observe and indentify and the identified C. longibursatus were observed by scanning electron microscopy. [ Result ] The head of the C. longibursatus body had developed mouth collar, and 4 submedian papillae extended from the base of the mouth collar to its top and showed uplift and the part outside the mouth collar showed conical. The amphid was ovoid. There was an external leaf crownd around the aperture. The element of leaf crown was narrow and leafy and its tip was slightly round. The tail of male had developed copulatory bursa and a pair of spiculeswhich were slender and linear and its tip had crotchet. The tail of female was conical and its tip was tapered. The anus had transverse crack and was crescent. The vulva was ovoid and there had cuticular plates to support in its foreside and both sides of the inner face, but there was no support in inner surface of the posterior. [ Conclusion] The research provided the more detailed basis for the classification and identification of C. longibursatus.
