摘要
详细介绍了低温化学技术在工业纳米微粉材料制备领域的应用、原理和特点 ,对低温化学制粉方法的发展历史和研究现状进行了全面的总结 ,提出了该方法目前尚待解决的问题 ,并对其今后的发展趋势作了展望。
In this paper, applications, principles and characteristics of cryochemical powder process were introduced in detail. Development and current situation of the method were discussed. The problems waiting for solution were given. The trends in the method were analyzed.
