摘要
介绍了冻干食品的特点及国内外冻干食品的发展现状,深入分析了我国冻干食品发展存在的主要问题,提出了发展我国冻干食品的对策.
The characteristics and the developing situation at home and abroad of freezedrying food were introduced. The main problems related to development of freezedrying food in China were analyzed deeply, the countermeasure for freezedrying food in China was given.
