摘要
应用多目标优化方法,研究了快速原型制作中的分层方向选择问题。分析了目前分层方向优化模型和求解方法中的不足,讨论了影响原型制作质量、制作时间和制作成本的主要因素。建立了分层方向的多目标优化模型,该模型考虑了支撑结构、面片法向等因素,并给出了遗传算法在该模型求解中的应用,结果表明该模型和方法是可行有效的。
This paper studied the selection of fabrication orientation in rapid prototyping by multiobjective optimization method. The shortage of the current optimization models and solution methods were analyzed,and the main factors affecting the quality,building time and cost of prototypes were discussed.Based on support structures and facet normal,a multiobjective optimization model was proposed. The application of Genetic Algorithms to solve the model was discussed.Applications demonstrate that the model and the method are possible and efficient.
