摘要
熔融沉积制造(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)是一种典型的快速成型技术,成型件的精度由于受多种因素的影响往往难以保证,这也是影响FDM发展的主要因素。文中分析了影响成型件精度的因素,并根据实际加工提出了提高成型精度和表面质量的措施。
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a representative rapid prototyping. The high precision of parts is hard to be achieved, this is the primary factor of affecting the FDM development. This paper pays emphasis on analyzing the influence of various of factors on the precision, then gives the countermeasures and some methods which can improve the precision and surface quality of parts according to actual processing, which has reference value to the development and improvement of FDM process.
