梅花鹿日粮钙水平对钙、磷、氟消化代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了饲粮中不同钙水平对6岁生茸期梅花鹿的钙、磷、氟消化代谢的影响。选4只健康、生茸正常6岁生茸期梅花鹿,分别放入4个特制的消化代谢笼中,接受4个钙水平(Ⅰ:0.74%、Ⅱ:0.92%、Ⅲ:1.09%、Ⅳ:1.27%)的饲粮处理,按4×4拉丁方设计进行钙平衡试验。试验结果表明:4个饲粮钙水平处理对钙的消化率和代谢率的影响,均以第Ⅰ组效果较好,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);而对磷、氟的消化率和代谢率影响显著(P<0.05),这些指标均随钙水平提高而降低。综合上述结果,在本试验设计范围内,6岁梅花鹿生茸期饲粮适宜钙水平和钙磷比分别为0.74%、1.54。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different Ca levels on the digestion and metabolism of Ca, P, F in 6-year old male sika deer. Four healthy sika deer in 6-year old were selected, placed in four special-made digestive-metabolic cages and given four diet disposals of different Ca levels (I.0.74%,Ⅱ.0.92%,Ⅲ.1.09%, IV. 1.27% ) in a 4 × 4 Latin square experiment design. The balance trial was carried out. The results showed that the effect of the group I on the digestibility and metabolic rate of Ca was better than the other groups, but no significant difference(P>0.05). For Phosphorus(P) and Fluorine(F),the differences were significant (P<0.05). These effects were all reduced by the increase of Ca levels. It was concluded that under our experimental ranges the optimum Ca levels and the ratio of Ca to P in the antler-growing stage of 6-year old Sika deer were 0.74% and 1.54, respectively.
