摘要
为探讨三岁梅花鹿生茸期日粮中适宜的Ca、P水平,选择45只健康和生茸正常的梅花鹿,采用3个日粮处理水平组(Ⅰ:0.60%Ca、0.32%P;Ⅱ:0.89%Ca、0.52%P;Ⅲ:1.17%Ca、0.71%P)进行对比饲养试验和茸血化验分析。试验结果表明:以鹿茸产量和鹿茸于鲜比为主要依据,三岁梅花鹿生茸期日粮中适宜的Ca、P水平分别为0.89%和0.52%;日粮Ca、P水平对锯茸时鹿茸血清中的Ca含量有影响,而对P的含量影响不大。
To study on the optimal Ca and P levels in the diet at the ant1er growing stage in 3 yearold sika deer, 45 healthy and antler - growing sika deer were selecteLi and divided into threeparallel groups (Ⅰ: 0. 60%Ca, 0. 32%P; Ⅱ0. 89%Ca, 0. 52%P; Ⅲ: 1. 17% Ca, 0. 71%P) toundertake a feeding trail. The results showed: (1) the optimal Ca and P levels in the diet atthe antler ~ growing stage in 3 - year old sika deer were 0. 89 % and 0. 52 % respectively,based on the antler production and the ratio of the dried antler and fresh antler; (2)Ca and Plevels in diet have effects on Ca contents in antler serum at t1le antler - harvesting stage, butno effects on P contents.
