经颅多普勒与颅内压力监测及相关技术 被引量:5

摘要 颅内压增高是神经内外科的常见综合征,如不及时发现并解除,可导致严重的脑代谢障碍、灌注压下降或脑疝形成。文章综述了颅内压增高时TCD频谱、参数的变化及其病理生理学基础,阐明了TCD无创监测颅内压的可能性及临床意义。
