经颅多普勒(TCD)对颅内压增高的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的明确TCD对颅内压增高的诊断价值。方法应用TCD对32例颅内压增高者急性期及恢复期的脑血流速与40例正常人脑血流速进行对照观察。结果颅内压增高者TCD频谱均异常而以Vs2/Vs1;PI,RI最敏感,Vd、Vm次之,随着颅内压增高,舒张期血流速度逐渐降低,当颅内压等于舒张压时,舒张期血流消失。结论TCD是诊断颅内压增高的有效手段,并可用于评,价治疗效果。
