摘要
针对目前黑龙江省国有森林资源的特点 ,指出资源管理存在的问题 ,并提出几点建议。
According to the conditions of national forest resources in Heilongjiang Province, the problems in management process of forest resources are pointed out and several suggestions are presentes in the paper.
