摘要
森林结构调整是森林经营的主要内容,为协调林区人民生活需要与生态环境之间的关系,运用层次分析法与模糊评价相结合,根据本溪市的森林资源现状与区域特点,按照森林的三大效益以及森林的作用建立模型,请专家与林业经营者共同打分构建判断矩阵,对森林结构进行调整。得出该地区调整方案:公益林应多于商品林,增加特种用途林和经济林面积,增进多种经营;在保证森林后备资源的基础上,减少中幼龄林比例,提高成熟林比例。这样将实现多种收益相结合,提高林区人民生活水平,同时改善人类生存环境。
Forest structure adjustment is one of the most important parts of forestry management. To coordinate the relationship between people’s living needs in forest region and the ecological environment, by basing on forest resources and regional characteristics of Benxi city, using the three benefits and effects of forest to build model, the judgment matrix was constructed by experts and operators, then the forest structure was adjusted with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation. The adjustment plans were as follows:the area of public welfare forest should be greater than timber forest, and the area of special use forest and non-timber product forest should be increased, and then the diversification should be promoted;on the basis of the ensuring forest reserve, the ratio of half-mature and young forest should be reduced, meanwhile the mature forest’ proportion should be increased. Thus realizing to obtain variety of earnings, to raise the level of people’ life in forest region, and to improve the environment for human survival.
