摘要
合成了6种HNCAMS系列化合物,4种未见文献报道。其结构经红外光谱、元素分析证实。以Fe(Ⅲ)模拟Pu(Ⅳ),分别测定了螯合剂、铁螯合物的紫外一可见光谱。结果表明,所有螯合剂均能在生理pH下与铁螯合。
Actinide plutonium has dangerous harm to human health be-cause of its great radioactivity.Plutonium is a potent carcinogen when it deposits in biological systems.It is then necessary to synthesize effective se-questering agents which accelarate plutonium excretion.In this paper,six catechoylamide chelating agents have been ynthesized,four of them are new.By modelling Fe(Ⅲ),we measured the UV-VIS absorption spectra of the ligands and their iron complexes.The results indi-cate that all of the ligands coordinate with Fe(Ⅲ)at physiological pH and among
the six ligands,2,4-HNCAMS has the greatest capacity of chelating F■(Ⅲ).
