锌镍一次电池的研制与实效试验 被引量:2

摘要 用Zn作负极,自制NiOOH作正极活性物质,制作成圆柱形AA型Zn/Ni一次电池。500mA恒电流放电至1 10V约2h,为碱性Zn/MnO2电池的2倍。用于遥控玩具汽车中,当电流I≥450mA,锌镍电池的放电性能为碱锰电池的2 5~3 5倍;在电流I≥500mA情况下运转为碱锰电池的6倍。在数码相机中使用,锌镍电池拍摄次数为碱锰电池的4~5倍。 AA type of Zn/Ni primary battery was made of Zn negative electrode and NiOOH positive electrode.The Zn/Ni primary battery discharged to 1.10?V,with 500?mA were about 2?h and it was 2 times higher than alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery.When the discharging current I≥450?mA,the remoteoperatedcar running time of the AA Zn/Ni primary battery was 2.5~3.5 times larger than that of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery.In the discharge,current I≥500?mA,the remoteoperatedcar running time of the AA Zn/Ni primary battery was about 6 times larger than that of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery.The photo with the Zn/Ni primary battery was 4~5 times more than that of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery in the digitalcamera.
