摘要
压边力对盒形件的成形质量有重要影响。采用分块压边圈施加变压边力 ,能够有效地提高法兰变形的均匀性 ,从而提高零件的成形质量。本文提出一种盒形件成形时的法兰分区模式 ,考虑剪应力的整体影响 ,引入应变松弛因子m ,考虑厚向异性和应变强化 ,用解析方法分析了方盒形件变压边力拉深成形过程中法兰变形区的应力变化及分布规律。
On the fact that the flange formability can be improved by controlling the forces on each individual segments of blankholder, the paper presents a method to divide the flange section and analyze the distribution and variation of stress and strain in the flange area of rectangular deep\|drawing part considering the influences of shear stress,strain laxity,strain hardening as well as the ply anisotropy.
