摘要
根据盒形件拉深变形的特点,假设盒形件切应力零线上质点的变形规律同当量的轴对称件相似,得到了盒形件凸缘区和悬空侧壁区应力的近似理论解析。该计算方法的可靠性得到了有限元模拟计算的验证,不仅为研究盒形件变形规律提供了一种有效的理论解析手段,而且为拉深智能化控制中的参数识别模型和预测模型的建立奠定了理论基础。
Because of the complicated deformation, the research for a rectangular box relies mainly on finite element method (FEM) and experiment, so the development of intelligent control for non-axisymmetric part deep drawing is limited. On the basis of hypothesis that the deformation law of shear stress zero-line is the same as the equivalent axisymmetric workpiece, the approximate stress analysis solution in flange and sidewall area is obtained from the deformation characteristics of a rectangular box in the process of deep drawing. The method which is verified by the FEM simulation provides not only an effective means for studying the deformation law of a rectangular box, but also the theoretical basis for the parameter identification model and prediction model in the intelligent deep drawing control.
