要实现上海轨道交通的发展战略目标,需对筹融资方法进行突破和创新,在经营开发上有所作为,就是通过对轨道交通建设几种投融资模式的探讨,推动多元投资格局的形成,以保障城市轨道交通事业的可持续发展。
To realize the development strategy of Shanghai rail transit, it is necessary to initiate the reform in aspects of financing, operation and development. The paper explores the existing modes of investment and finance in construction of rail transit lines, and points out the way of multi -channel investment so as to keep the sustainable development of rail transit cause.
