摘要
针对我国目前矿井的排供水状况 ,对矿井水井下净化处理的工艺技术进行了对比分析 ,提出了矿井水井下循环利用的技术方案。结合兖矿集团南屯煤矿井下水处理系统和井下供水系统改造的具体情况 ,对矿井水井下处理和利用的经济效益进行了计算和分析。表明建立井下矿井水处理系统 ,实现矿井水的井下循环利用 ,技术上可行 ,经济上合理。
The freshwater source is lacked very much in China,but in order to ensure the safety of mining,the underground water source is destroyed seriously when draining artificially.On the other hand,a lot of water is needed in the process of underground mining.It is important to explore a method of utilizing those contaminated water sources in underground. In this paper,the underground processing method and technical proposal of cyclic utilizing mine water have been presented. This method may reduce the mine water discharge to ground and save much electricity expense. With the example of engineering practice in Yanzhou Mining Group Nantun shaft, it indicate that the social, environmental and economical benefits of underground processing and cyclic utilizing mine water are remarkable.
