摘要
针对传统矿井水处理工艺面临的能耗大、程序复杂、污染水质、设备投入高、建筑面积大等问题,本文提出一种新的本安型矿井地下水处理方案。该方案采用全气动驱动的膜净化技术实现,通过设计基于全气动驱动的动力装置、超滤膜、陶瓷膜和反渗透膜的膜处理净化等,实现矿井地下水的节能处理。最后,针对某煤矿矿井的实际情况,基于设计处理能力、设计指标、经济效益等分析,实现了该矿井整体经济效益优化评估,验证了本文的设计方案不但具有传统井下水处理系统的优势,而且能实现安全、环保、绿色、节能的水处理理念。
According to the problems in traditional mine water treatment process of high energy consumtion,complex procedures, water pollution, high equipment investment, large construction area, etc, this paper presentsa new type of intrinsically safe mine groundwater treatment scheme. This scheme adopts pneumatic driven mem-brane purification technology, based on full pneumatic power device driver ultrafiltration membrane, ceramicmembrane and reverse osmosis membrane membrane purification, energy saving treatment of mine groundwater.Finally, according to an actual coal mine design of index design processing ability, based on analysis of economicbenefit, the overall economic benefit evaluation and optimization of the mine is achieved. The design scheme isverified in this paper not only has the water treatment system of traditional wells advantages, but also can realizethe safety, environmental protection, green water treatment, energy-saving concepts.
