摘要
目的 研究海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯的抗氧化作用。方法 采用体外实验研究海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯对超氧阴离子、羟自由基、DPPH的清除作用以及对 H2 O2 诱导的红细胞氧化溶血和大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果 海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯对超氧阴离子具有良好的清除作用 ,IC5 0 为 2 0 .3 μg/m L,其对羟自由基的清除作用较弱 ,对有机自由基 DPPH的作用很弱。褐藻多糖硫酸酯能够抑制 H2 O2 诱导的红细胞氧化溶血 ,对 Fe SO4-抗坏血酸体系造成的脂质过氧化具有良好的保护作用。
Object To study the preliminary antioxidant activ ities of fucoidan extracted from Laminaria japonica Aresch. Methods The in vitro scavenging activities of fucoi dan on superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH, and its protective effects on H 2O 2-induced hemolysis of rat erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation of li ver homogenate in rat were investigated in this study. Results Fucoidan had strong scavenging effect on superoxide rad i cal with IC 50 of 20.3 μg/mL; its effect on hydroxyl radical was weak; it had less influence on DPPH. Fucoidan inhibited H 2O 2-induced hemolysis of ra t erythrocytes effectively and showed significant protective effect on lipid per oxidation of liver homogenate in rat induced by FeSO 4-ascorbic acid. Conclusion Fucoidan from L. japonica shows signific ant antioxidant activity in experiments in vitro.
