摘要
山西经济出现的"断崖式"下滑引起广泛关注。现有文献较多从"资源诅咒"理论出发进行研究,而从马克思主义社会再生产扩大理论角度对这一问题进行探析较少。山西经济之困在于社会再生产扩大的基础和条件均未得到满足,其一剩余价值在省内没有得到有效积累,其二剩余价值在两大部类之间以及第一部类内部分配不合理。破解山西经济困局必须发挥好政府和市场的作用,强化供给侧结构性改革,使剩余价值在山西省内有效积累并合理分配。
The cliff style decline of Shanxi economy has aroused widespread concern .In contrast with the existing articles that analyzed the performance based on the source curse theory , this paper gives another perspective , basing on Marx ’ s theory of social reproduction expansion .The reason of Shanxi ’ s economic difficulties is that the conditions can ’ t meet the requirements of the expansion of social re-production.The first is the surplus value has not been effectively accumulated in the interior of province .The distribution of surplus value not only between two major categories but also in the internal of first category is not reasonable .To break Shanxi ’ s economic woes must play a better role of the government and the market , and strengthen the supply side structural reforms , so that the surplus value can be accumulated and distributed effectively in Shanxi province .
