摘要
2010年12月1日,国家发改委已经正式批复设立山西省为"国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区"。山西省是我国设立的第9个综合配套改革试验区,也是首个全省域、全方位、系统性的国家级综合配套改革试验区。山西作为一个能源大省,经济转型已提上议程并逐步展开和实施。在对资源诅咒基本理论回顾的基础上,结合山西面临经济转型的重大任务和研究课题,分析和概括了资源诅咒体现在山西当前经济发展过程中的一系列表现,进而从优化调整产业结构、应用国家政策等方面探讨了山西经济转型的对策。
On December 1,2010,Shanxi Province has gained the official approval of NDRC（National Development and Reform Committee） to establish the national resource-based economic transformation comprehensive supplementary reform pilot area in Shanxi.Shanxi has become the ninth comprehensive supplementary reform pilot area in China,and also is the first provincial domain,comprehensive,systematic national comprehensive supplementary reform pilot area.As an energy province,Shanxi Province has put the economic transformation on the agenda and has implemented it gradually.Based on the theoretical review of the resource curse,and connecting with the major tasks and research topics of economic transformation of Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes and summarizes a series of performances of the resource curse in the current economic development of Shanxi Province,and probes into some countermeasures for optimizing the Shanxi＇s economic transformation from aspects of optimizing and adjusting industrial structure,and applying the national policies,etc.
